Our 3 day intermediate, the next natural step from the 1 day  is designed for future entrepreneurs who want to become gelato artisans.This course takes place at our Hereford Headquarters and caters for a smaller group of between 6-8 guests. Who Is It For? This course is designed for aspiring gelato entrepreneurs who have no knowledge or experience in the world of gelato. Course Objectives The principal objective of this class is to teach theoretical and practical concepts necessary to produce gelato of superior quality. Duration The course lasts for 3 days. It starts at 9:30 am and finished at approximately 4.30 pm. 10 hours of theory based learning 10 hours of practical (hands on) learning Understand the science of gelato and its components Making gelato and sorbets with fruit Working with gelato and different infusions Understanding and making gelato for food tolerances Producing yogurts and different fruit pochee Producing different sauces for production Course Cost for 3 days £650 + VAT Includes Lunch and Refreshments *Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment
