Course Objective

This is an Introduction where candidates thinking of looking to start s new project or someone who wants to add gelato production to an existing business.

Who is it for?

This course is catered for potential gelato entrepreneurs who wants to find out basic knowledge on how to produce high quality authentic gelato.

Timings & Costs

Duration: The course lasts 1 day. Starting at 10:00am and ends approximately at 15:00pm inc. lunch.

Charges: £35 +VAT (to cover admin, lunch & cancellations) - After completion you will receive a voucher for this amount off any machine purchases
