At the end of this course you will have improved your recipe-balancing skills and will be able to create an entire menu for a successful gelateria, including traditional flavours, gelato pastries, hand-made cones and trendy products.

This course is designed for candidates who have first attended the basic & intermediate Gelato workshop and are looking to further their knowledge.
