Plant Based Gelato & Soft Serve

£99.00 plus V.A.T

A 4 hour course held at Park Royal in which you will be able understand and taste different Plant based recipes. We will look at the growth and trends in plant based gelato and soft serve in the industry. The course will be accompanied by a recipe book with recipes for artisan style Gelato and Soft serve.

Coffee & Tea in Gelato and Soft Serve

£99.00 plus V.A.T

With many Coffee shops looking at ways to expand their menu, soft serve is fast becoming a great new addition allowing cafe owners the chance to combine both coffee and tea along side gelato soft serve. This will also be an opportunity to show how it can be used in restaurants and hotels as an addition to Afternoon tea menus.
