The 241 SP has agitation as standard and holds 12L liquid in the upper tank. Production is 10 portions (75g) per minute or approx. 600 per hour. Cleaning is required 9 times per year, once every 42 days due to the self-pasteurising system. The rear chimney exhausts air up and out enabling other equipment to sit to each side. A two piece metal beater delivers a dry product with perfect structure and the stainless steel gears and pumps will manage over-run between 40 – 80%. Teorema ready.
