The XVL 1 has agitation as standard and holds 13L liquid in the upper tank. Production is 8 portions (75g) per minute or approx. 480 per hour. Cleaning is required twice per week and is assisted by the heated defrost system. The rear chimney exhausts air up and out enabling other equipment to sit to each side. A one piece polymer beater delivers a dry product with perfect structure and the air valve regulator will manage over-run of around 40%. Available in steel version also. Teorema ready.
