Description

Our Gelato Foodservice professional Courses targets chefs and foodservice operators that wish to understand gelato and desserts, normally for the restaurant. All modules are 1 day courses and take place in London. The courses on offer for this are as follows; Module 1. The Science of Gelato. We insist all chefs attended this module before any other module is booked. The other modules are;

  • Savoury gelato
  • Gelato and sorbet with alcohol and infusions
  • Artisan stick, single portion desserts, novelties
  • Gelato cake, semi freddo and textured desserts
