Frozen Drinks Masterclass with Think Drinks

We teamed up with Think Drinks for two deliciously refreshing frozen drinks masterclasses!

It’s undeniable that frozen drinks are taking the industry by storm. Our Iced Insight research has revealed that 62% of customers are enjoying these trendy beverages for them all-year round! To hop on this trend, we put on two extraordinary masterclasses with cocktail masters, Think Drinks. These hands on (and delicious) masterclasses were the perfect way to show operators the many menu variations and profit opportunities of frozen drinks and cocktails.

Held in our development kitchens in London and Manchester, it was an honour to lead the sessions with Think Drinks’ Creative Director, and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch cocktail maestro Pritesh Mody.

We began the masterclass by providing useful insights into the latest trends in frozen drinks, and how we, as industry innovators, can help operators utilise them to provide the best, high-quality options for their customers.

After an insightful introduction, we simply let our operators get stuck into the fun part! They were able to customise their own unique flavour blends using our state-of-the-art V AIR machines and Think Drinks’ blends, elements and perfectors (leaving plenty of time to taste test!). With step-by-step help from us, they were whipping up custom cocktails in no time! This in turn helped them to understand how easy it is the shake up their current drinks offering and keep up with the growing pressure to provide quality drinks at speed.  We taste tested everything and anything from frozen Passionfruit Picante Margaritas, Strawberry and Basil Daiquiris to a Disaronno flavoured ice cream in our popular 161T machine.

Along with Pritesh, our team were on hand to answer any burning questions attendees may have… but mainly, our industry leading equipment spoke for itself as operators got to take them for a spin themselves. This interactive and collaborative approach is what made these masterclasses such fun and successful events.
