Our soft serve machines are world-class and turn your fresh ingredients into delicious, creamy soft serve. Lighter than air with a smooth texture, and available on demand, our equipment can accommodate a pre-purchased base mix, fresh ingredients or your own bespoke creation. Capable of producing traditional soft serve ice cream, frozen yoghurt, sorbets, frozen custard or used alongside a blender to create thick shakes, our machines are laden with exclusive technology that help you to work smarter and stand out from the rest. Some of our machines are available with self-pasteurising technology which allows a 42 cleaning cycle instead of 3 days, a massive saving in time, cleaning equipment, water and machine downtime.

Artisan Gelato

Gelato tends to be lower in fat than ice cream and is served at a warmer temperature for a more intense flavour. There’s a proven technique to creating perfect artisan gelato and we have everything you need.

Pasteurisers – basically a heat treatment to ensure a safe mixture. Heating followed by rapid cooling and storage at 40C.

Homogenisation – gelato needs to be mixed, to get a good result, all ingredients need to be blended to create a consistent, uniform base.

Production / Freezing – Following adding syrups and flavours to the mix, introducing air as it begins to freeze helps to give the gelato its smooth characteristic. Precision, optimal ice crystal formation is critical in maintaining the structure, texture and taste of the product. This is where our technology really starts to shine - Hard-O-Tronic® is our exclusive system for excellent gelato. It consistently measures and adapts the freezing and turning process to ensure perfectly smooth gelato. It’s intelligent technology that decides what's best for your gelato.

Store and Serve – From the stunning Tonda to the traditional Pozzetti, our IFI range is all you need to display your gelato and we can help with a single unit or a full shop fit out. Longer term protection and preservation of Artisan Gelato is also taken care of with our range of specialist blast and storage freezers.

Drinks and Shakes

This is where it starts to get really interesting. We have machines that can create juices, smoothies, cocktails, mocktails, slushies and of course, hot chocolate. Our latest innovations are V Dream (frozen cocktails) and 161 K shake machine two of the biggest trends out there right now. We can help you to create THE. MOST. AMAZING. creamy and luxurious hot chocolate with our Chocolady counter top machine. For those looking to boost capacity, our floor standing Multiple Choice units can produce up to 400 serves of soft serve or 250 milkshakes per hour, perfect for a busy outlet looking for flexibility and multiple menu options.
